As a 4th year Economic Student , My first ever Commercial job was as a junior trade Analyst, I would switch to being a Statistician and few times a Admin Officer , that’s how flexible My skills are , during this experience I was lucky enough to part take in the Module 4 of the Trade Facilitation Roadmap by UNTAD , involving both the private and public sectors of the economy, it was a knowledge building process and learned very incentives information from both the private and public sector. During this time I underwent a short online course offered by the WHO. Soon After joined MTC As a Call centre Agent I was able to undergo Customer service Training , on courses of Customer Service / products and Services this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I am currently an Enquiries Clerk/Teller , were I deal with sales , Customer enquiries , teller work and more .My flexibility allows me to shift from different areas and expand my skills .
