1.A. My first business, Diversified Farm Management, I started 48 years ago (1969) in Kern County. 1.B. I grew, harvested and bottled under the label San Joaquin Industries. I managed and assisted in developing the pink grapefruit and the red seedless grape and used profits from this business to begin acquiring potential real estate development potential.2. I bought 100 acres, located on Kern River and developed Ranchos del Rio Estates; designed and installed a mutual water company, designed and built my personal home, featured in Sunset Magazine. Over the years I developed 5 other parcels under San Joaquin Industries and designed and installed a second mutual water company 3. I formed American Commerce Corporation, obtained a California franchise license and became a franchisor of alternative energy systems. 4. I imported marble, granite and tile from around the world and wool carpet from New Zealand for my company, America’s Best Floor Coverings. Patent Developer5. In 1994 I obtained a U.S. Patent under the name of Cool Wear Works. This patent covered five wearable cooling products using cross linked poly-acrylic polymer crystals, which I purchased from the inventor, DuPont under a licensing agreement. In 1995 I invented Polacrete, a product that repairs and resurfaces existing concrete. I marketed these products and provided the application of Polacrete for 17 years.6. I am presently 50% owner of Atlas Marine, Inc., a 38-year-old drayage company. In 4½ years I increased our productivity 400%. 7.A. I’ve been experimenting ways to splice plants and improve this business. AMBECA NURSERIES LLC and AMBECA Franchisees will grow high quality cannabis plants by using these methods, the best method for medical marijuana patients. 7.B. AMBECA NURSERIES LLC helps cannabis patients grow their own medicine by giving them a greenhouse growing system when they become a member and continually improving methods. This program will expand to every county and state, where allowed by state laws.
