I have spent the past 17 years leading sales, marketing, sales operations and sales product development in some of the world's best companies focused on sales performance improvement. By running sales, marketing and product development in sales training and CRM consulting firms I have developed deep expertise in the customer life-cycle - from prospect to close to retention and growth.
