Over 20 years of operations, military and facilities engineering and logistics management experience, including significant training and experience in teamwork, leadership and problem solving. As a successful project manager of facilities operations and maintenance contracts to the US Army and the US Environmental Protection Agency, I am experienced in government contracting and administration procedures. I have coordinated service contracts with fire protection, environmental remediation, and facility energy management companies. At Johnson Controls, I directed HVAC service operations to over 100 clients in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts. For the last 9 years I directed the operations and maintenance for a facilities operations contract to Schneider Electric at their Foxboro Campus. As of October 1, I chose to become a free agent, commencing my third career as an asset and financial manager and special events planner for one client - me.
