Employment Law Partner with extensive experience in all aspects of employment advisory and contentious work in UK and on a global basis. Works with employers to design and implement national and global programmes for employment restructuring, compliance and training. Works with employers to resolve work place conflicts (including through mediation) and advising clients in both the Employment Tribunal and High Court on all types of employment litigation including significant experience of high profile discrimination claims. Advises individuals and employers on high profile city hires, team moves and the enforcement of restrictive covenants in the UK and internationally. Expertise in advising on partnership law, including the drafting of partnership agreements; the recruitment, retention and retirement of partners; and the resolution of partner disputes.
