I am a security and resilience leader with demonstrated results in fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environments. I leverage on-the-ground experience in some of the highest-profile counterterrorist and military operations of this generation. My background in the world of Special Operations warfare, competitive athletics, leadership, business development, and corporate security provides a unique perspective to deliver sustainable business results.Developing a strong security culture within organizations at all levels that allows for the success of the strategic goals of the company is how I add value. I have 25+ years of developing and leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to solve complex problems in high-risk (physical and commercial) conditions. Improving the security and resilience of all people is something that I am a passionate advocate for. As a Director of Security, I was responsible for the security of 30 power plants, over 1,000 individuals, and almost $900M of equipment across 5 continents with no recordable incidents, authored an original corporate travel security policy, implemented a security and HSE audit program, and created an innovative digital platform for reporting security incidents, training and educating employees, and tracking plant security data. Currently, I support US National Security goals and objectives through management of various security programs.
