My key areas of experience and expertise include: Facilitation: Over 5 years experience facilitating leadership workshops, leveraging a strong understanding of adult learning principles to effectively facilitate small and large workshops. Able to create a learning environment that is fun yet purposeful when delivering workshops in both face to face and virtual platforms. Coaching: Over 10 years’ experience helping individuals be successful in their jobs and make purposeful career decisions through active listening, positive encouragement and using a non-directive coaching approach. Training Development: Able to collaborate with business owners to determine and apply the appropriate learning solutions to all levels of the organization. Operational Management: Strong technical aptitude and highly adaptable to new platforms and systems.
