I have 30 years of professional experience in the construction industry and have represented large governmental agencies on major active construction programs with a combined value of nearly two billion dollars. I have experience in all phases of the construction process from design management through project closeout as well as various construction contracting methods. My experience includes construction delay claims, Critical Path Method (CPM) construction schedule analysis, construction estimating and cost analysis, construction defects, and construction project management issues. I have been qualified as an expert testifying witness and have offered testimony on numerous occasions in court, arbitration and mediation. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in building construction from the University of Florida and I am a Certified General Contractor licensed in Florida.
