I've been working at Dialpad since 2018-Q3. My role is a mix of data curation, annotation, and automation. I develop and maintain pipelines for language modelling and acoustic data. My current job lets me exercise the Software Engineering and Datascience skills I've built up, and apply it to the domain of Natural Language Processing. I work with a group of talented individuals in Kitchener, as part of the Voice Intelligence team in Dialpad. I earned my PhD in machine learning and bioinformatics under the Computer Science umbrella.
