You must never ask or expect anyone to do something you would not or could not do yourself. Lead by example. You must set goals, and be specific with expectations for your organization or team. Procedures and plans must always be in place for your personnel and team that will encourage success. People buy people. With that understanding; no matter the product if you have a proven sales process that will lead a consumer/buyer through the buying process you will succeed in closing the sale.
