Eddy Horn

I am a training manager with over 20 years experience both in the military and civilian industries. I have worked with all levels of leadership in the Air National Guard and multiple businesses while working with Verizon Wireless. During my tenure at Verizon Wireless, I was able to facilitate and lead courses for multiple channels (retail, B2B and executive leadership) just to name a few. Successes included training over 500 FBI agents in the use of the new Global BlackBerry and various channels in the wireless industry on all new products and solutions. Colleagues know me as a highly creative trainer who can be trusted to adapt my approach to the target audience. I do spend a lot of time understanding the needs of the business while at the same time understanding how various individuals learn. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I'm at my best collaborating with others. I have a Bachelors Degree from the University of Phoenix and am CTT+ Certified through CompTIA.
