I started my career in retail at the Happiest Place on Earth. Here I was introduced to the true meaning of world class customer service. I genuinely enjoyed meeting people from all over the world and finding ways to make their visit a memorable experience. I knew that I wanted to do more which led me to Nordstrom. I was fortunate to work for not only one but two major companies that shared the appreciation for customer service and diversity. Here is where I found my passion as a Learning Specialist. Hoping to make a significant change in someone's career growth and enabling them to make a positive impact within their organization. In my experience working with Nordstrom, I truly believe the initial learning experience a new employee receives will strongly affect their future within the organization. Ensuring that a strong foundation is set will not only ensure a seamless transition but a lasting one.
