After four years of education in the concrete industry I’ve learned the tremendous importance of safety in a manufacturing and construction workplace. By working in the field doing various tasks, I’ve seen firsthand how valuable people are for a company and the necessity to keep them educated and informed on how their safety plays a role in their own success and that of their company. It pains me to see people get hurt on the job, or to even consider the likeliness of someone losing their life. I’m passionate about the people who make up the workforce of a company. They are more than just the reason a company is profitable; they are the driving factor behind a company’s vision and impact in their respective industries. With my knowledge in safety practices, employee training, customer service, and bilingual communications proficiency, I want an engaging career to ensure that my future workforce, my family within the company, can be a part of a safe and healthy environment not just within the company, but after they return home as well. People are the most valuable assets of a company and they are who I strive to motivate, inspire, and encourage throughout my professional development and life as a whole.
