Just evolving is not enough, a change in culture is also needed in order for the teams to reach better productivity and embrace a DevSecOps culture. As a leader, I am owner of my products issues and do everything in my power to improve the every day work of my teams. We have desinged an Architecture team that allow us to empower all of CMQ's products and in coordination with DevOps we're implemeting technologies such as AKS, Datadog, Opsgenie and Terraform, among others, that had a direct impact in the TTM.
