"All knowledge is worth having" - I never set out to learn any one thing, I only tried to do any task given to me to the best of my ability, and to finish each task knowing a little more about it than when I started. I've always believed that there are more answers outside boxes, than inside.As to my objectives and goals, I have never thought much about them before now. I blame my parents for the desire to leave this world a better place and hope that in some small way my efforts have benefited someone. Yes, I know this sounds hokey - but it happens to be true and to the surprise of many people, my favorite day of the week is Monday - I love walking into work, knowing that this is the start of a new week - I really do love my job.Specialties: I have many years of experience of EMG data collection and detection particularly in conjunction with 3D motion capture in the clinical gait analysis fields and research applications. With a background in both software programming and hardware, the design, construction, and application of technology to biomedical data collection is something that I find fascinating and I'm constantly on the lookout for new and better ways to collect the data that clinicians and researchers need - more than anything else I am a problem solver. I have a good knowledge of the C3D format used in 3D motion capture, and I can work with programmers to build software that is easy to use, and does what the user expects. I have written several FDA 510(k) submissions that have received rapid approval and over the years found that I really enjoy the challenge of writing technical documents that are understandable by the average reader.
