Edoardo Fardin

I’m a Production Manager in the Engine assembly department of Ducati, an Italian premium manufacturer which conceives and produces high quality sport motorcycles. I had the opportunity to attend university in foreign countries and to work in another leading automotive brand: Automobili Lamborghini. In my current role I am responsible for the production process of the entire Engines range on 3 assembly lines. I manage resources, capital and manpower to achieve high quality standards, costs and operational efficiency targets. During high seasonality I lead a team of more than 130 direct workers and 8 team leaders. I promote Lean Thinking to continuously improve the production process.
