Eduardo Franco

Eduardo Franco is currently taking courses in the National Security Program at the University of Ottawa's Professional Development Institue (PDI). He also takes courses in the Forensic Investigation Program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) – with a focus on Crime and Intelligence Analysis, after completing with distinction a Business Management Associate Certificate at the same institution. During his volunteer time as Research Analyst and Deputy Executive Officer with The Canadian Association for Security and Intelligence Studies, CASIS Vancouver, Eduardo could practice the knowledge and skills obtained throughout his career as a Deputy Contract Manager and the knowledge being acquired in his studies at BCIT. Moreover, as part of CASIS Vancouver, Eduardo constantly participated in training such as, Structured Analytical Techniques (SAT), Structured Models, Approaches and Techniques (SMATs), Tactical and Strategic Intelligence Product Writing, Extremism & Radicalization, Military Methods of Instruction, Bottom Line Up Front Writing, Information Handling, and Data Protection. Eduardo holds a bachelor’s degree in law by the Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba (UNIMEP). He worked as a Deputy Contract Manager in Brazil for large construction projects involving companies such as, Skanska Brasil, Construtora Norberto Odebrecht, Camargo Correa, General Electric, Siemens, Jansens &Dieperink, Loterios, Vogt Power, and others. With over 10 years of experience in inspiring and leading people, Eduardo sees himself as eternally curious, adaptable, resilient, a critical thinker, and an avid seeker of knowledge. Krav Maga has been one of his hobbies as an effective self defense fighting system.
