Eduardo Hernández

I have 27 years of experience, and I have obtained a bachelor's and master's degree with especially in Software Engineering. I acquired a Project Management Professional, Scrum Master, and Infrastructure Technology Information Library intermediate certifications. I have got different positions such as a programmer, software engineering, team leader, business analyst, project manager and director. I have been in charge of more than 50 IT projects in all my professional carer. I actually work as a Director of Software Engineering at Secretary of Education and I have promoted the implementation of best IT practices such as Project Management Office, and ITIL services. Also, I have advocated, for several years, the use of agile software development practices such as Scrum. I have taught more than 100 people in Scrum framework at Technical Institute of Technological, Guanajuato University, and Guanajuato Government State.Besides, I have gotten six awards such as Guanajuato Software Development Award 2006, State Public Administration Award 2008, Secretary of Education Award 2009 and 2014, Mexican Association of Information Technology Industry Award 2010, and The Most Innovative of Public Administration 2014. I really like spending free time with my family watching movies, taking photos, listening to music and English Language Learning.
