Eduardo Amaral

I'm Eduardo, an entrepreneur, forever student and parent who really likes businesses, company culture and finances. I live in Pasadena, CA. I'm a dad to a 6 year old daughter. I was born in Brazil. I played volleyball for 11 years. I've treated pro and amateur athletes as a sports physical therapist. I was a member of the National Society of Sports Physical Therapy and Physical Activity. I delivered the graduation speech for my class, while being awarded the most helpful student and best friend of the class. I was a partner and a strategic, financial and people operations leader at EAT, a design studio. I lead a team of extremely happy people who claimed to have EAT Studio as one of the main causes of their happiness and life goal achievements. I co-founded Sweet Story, a bake shop with a creative vein. I co-founded Calma, a consultancy on company culture that operates in the US and Brazil. Empathy and forgiveness are my two favorite subjects. When it's me time, I cook and I read. Quickbooks and spreadsheets are my best friends.
