Over the last decade since University I have had the opportunity to play a dynamic and exciting role within some truly talented teams. From my background in Marketing to having Co-Founded businesses to now operating as a Factory Manager for a leading and premium Pet Food Brand I have learned the fundamentals that are key to delivering successful, cost efficient and revenue building solutions from the ground up. As an experienced marketer I appreciate the need to always be customer focused, to connect with every single person on an emotional level and most importantly to consistently deliver on the values and claims our brand makes. I take these values forward in my current role as Factory Manager, but I also appreciate that for us to be successful it is not just about the customer. Whilst they are vitally important and at the heart of what we do we can only meet their expectations if every moving part within the business is running in harmony. My time spent Founding and building out ES Industrial Cleaning taught me the importance of factory hygiene and I believe that from inception to delivery, from the point a customer discovers us to the point where they love our product that the efficient and safe creation, delivery and enjoyment of our product is paramount. Our business success, indeed any business success is based upon us maintaining and driving this harmony. By ensuring we only use premium ingredients to having the correct operating procedures in place across our factory processing facilities and most importantly a driven and motivated workforce that are empowered by a shared belief in our business values and mission I feel both confident and proud of every unit that rolls off our production line.
