Edward Kim

Edward started in Real Estate 20 years ago in Manhattan doing condo sales and rentals. After a very successful start, he went on to work for a number of development companies such as Related, Albanese Organization, and Marketing Directors. He gained tremendous experience working in the premiere buildings in NYC. He obtained the position of Director of Sales and leasing. Working in Real Estate development Edward learned the foundations of marketing, negotiation, and pricing. With a vast knowledge of the real estate market, he became one of the top people in the field. In 2009, Edward made the transition into New Jersey working for Marketing Directors at City Place in Edgewater. Since then he has started Vision Realty and helped people find homes throughout various parts of NJ. He has helped clients find homes, investments and development properties. In 2016, he was appointed the Broker of Record for Keller Williams in the Fort Lee market center. He will be help recruit, train, and grow the team to 300 agents. With Keller Williams being the fasted growing company in the United States, will expand into additional regions both domestically and internationally. With efforts of an amazing team at Fort Lee, the office has grown in excess of 300 agents. In 2018, Edward was appointed to head up KW Commercial in Fort Lee as a managing director. With a rapidly growing group, the team has made tremendous strides as January 2019 was the best month to date. With a target of unit and sales volume in place, it is just a matter of time before the team accomplishes the goals set forth. In Late 2021, He made the transition to Prominent Properties Sotheby's International in Englewood Cliffs. The purpose of the move was start a team and potentially work in different territories , as well expand the footprint for commercial transcations in the company.
