Extensive experience derived from managing the extrusion process of TPV, medical grade resins and compounds, as well as the manufacturing process of polyethylene and polypropylene. Verifiable strength in improving processes and workflow efficiencies within customer-driven, ISO 9002 certified team environments. Additional experience includes compounding medical resin using a co-rotating twin screw extruder, converting a blown film extrusion line from LDPE to HDPE, and training employees on this process.
