Edward Rosenblatt

I have over 20 years of wetlands, wildlife, and ecology experience, including 14 years of experience in environmental permitting and consulting. At Atkins, I serve as an environmental coordinator/task manager for various commercial, municipal, and private projects throughout Florida, coastal Mississippi and Louisiana, Alabama, and South Carolina. I am knowledgeable of federal, state, and local rules and regulations regarding environmental resources and permitting. My project experience includes wetland delineation and permitting, mitigation design and monitoring, field inspections and reports, biological assessments, project development and environment (PD&E) studies, and preparation and acquirement of state and federal environmental resource permits.
