Edward Smith-Suarez

My practice area is predominantly focused on aviation claims and insurance litigation. I work on major airline accounts and handle claims made against airlines, airports, manufacturers, lessors and operators or their insurers around the world. I have experience in managing passenger claims, baggage/cargo claims, third party, hull and GA losses. In addition, I advise insurers and reinsurers on aviation coverage issues. I also regularly assist on major loss work with multi-jurisdictional elements and cross border issues, assisting carriers, airports and their insurers. I am a fluent Spanish speaker and I am also admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in the Republic of Ireland.
