Edward Sukendar

Edward has more than 15 years of experience in investment management industry. He had held different roles from technology, operations, client management, to a majority part of his tenure focusing on business strategy and management. He has proven records in multi-stakeholder management's experience in Asia markets, dealing with different aspect and business units, including Institutional, Wholesale, Private Bank, Retail and Retirement. Having the heart for sustainability and impact, he had been selected as 1 of the Talent4Impact Fellow in a highly competitive program organised by Ogier, Sustainable Finance Initiative and Dream Impact. Through this program, he had the experience to absorb the latest ESG disclosure regulations to financial institutions across different jurisdictions, to match impact investors and ventures, and to expand sustainable finance in Asia. With his unique business and technology skillsets, he is helping impact ventures to set up robust business structure so as to ensure maximum growth. He is also volunteering with Asian Charity Services in providing consultancy guidance to social purpose organisations in Hong Kong. Edward has degrees in executive MBA from Western University and technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He has multi-cultural exposure living in the United States, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Indonesia, and speaks English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.
