I believe I have a responsibility to sick and wounded Soldiers. As a young Soldier, I was no different than any of the others around me. I had leaders that I admired and respected and those that I did not. What I found in all of them was loyalty and dedication to the mission we had. Regardless of the mission it was always related to helping the sick and wounded. Even though I’m not wearing the uniform I still think like a soldier and I still live the Army values. I try very hard to make the people around me better by increasing their knowledge and challenging them to share their experiences through training others and practicing their craft.
