Edwin Fleming

My practice centers on commercial litigation and I represent both plaintiffs and defendants in complicated commercial transactions and business disputes. I have successfully prosecuted and defended professionals, including lawyers and accountants, in dozens of cases and have represented multiple clients in cases involving financial fraud and securities issues. I have likewise represented clients in shareholder definitive actions, and civil employment litigation matters together with state and federal racketeering claims. I also have extensive experience in real estate matters, including claims brought by bank and lending institutions against real estate developers, contractors and claims made by and against general contractors and subcontractors. I have lectured to professional organizations including the Arizona Institute of CPAs, Phoenix Tax Workshop, and the Arizona State Bar on issues relating to professional liability, damages, and professionalism.
