As a Claims Adjuster in the Property Virtual Catastrophe Claims team, I support our insureds as we work together to return their life, home and property to pre-loss condition. Duties include strong customer care throughout the process, virtual inspections, coverage investigation, estimate completion, supplemental estimate handling, payment processing, working with agents, vendors, contractors and insureds to ensure a timely resolution. I encourage people to set high expectations and hold those they work with accountable. I love what I do, and strive to approach both personal and professional areas with excitement and enthusiasm.
