I am an organizational consultant, founder and partner in B G Implement Ltd., which is engaged in consulting for strategy and organizational development. My systemic vision and analytical thinking help my clients plan and lead their organization to success. In the past, I have held several managerial positions at “Manpower Israel”: ► Managing Manpower's outsourcing activities at “Inte” Jerusalem and Haifa, branch management. ► Serving as Vice President and manager of the company's strategic customers' division. My various positions have given me experience in using advanced management tools, managing large profit and loss units, managing managers, managing service and sales, liaising with senior executives in the Israeli economy, managing strategic clients and large accounts, managing complex sales processes and selling solutions (Solution Selling), Business Development and more. I am an organizational consultant for companies & large and medium-sized organizations, an expert in accompanying organizations on strategic issues of adapting to changes (change required in the company due to external changes) from the perception stage, through the planning stage to implementation and assimilation. My experience includes dozens of clients whom I have accompanied to success. I hold a bachelor’s degree in education and sociology and a master’s degree (MA) in the field of social psychology and organizational studies from the Hebrew University and managerial experience of over 25 years. It is important for me to create for my clients a significant success, one that can be really felt. Therefore, the company of which I am a partner is called "Implement", and in Hebrew “Yissum” (Implementation).
