Ever since I joined the Law School I felt to be in a right place. The 10+ years legal journey has brought me experience, qualification, interesting people, fascinating projects and above all the joy of assisting people and driving them toward something special. I am pleased to consult businesses with both national and international operations on all kinds of corporate legal matters and provide them with cohesive guidance based on their individual and unique circumstances. My expertise includes in particular M&A, corporate relations, business management and structuring, finance structuring etc. Since 2017 I lead the Pan-Baltic Life sciences practice group. I support clients in a field of life sciences, healthcare, food, feed, cosmetics and consumer protection law (in particular food labelling and packaging, food safety (risk assessment and crisis management), advertisement, product notifications and registrations, litigation among others).
