Eileen Gamboa

I joined the OCC with more than 20 years of industry experience in asset management operations, portfolio management, compliance, and risk management. I am the Operational Risk lead within the BlackRock Institutional Trust Company team. Prior to joining the OCC, I was the Compliance Manager at Bingham, Osborn & Scarborough LLC (BOS) for over ten years and worked directly with various departments including Portfolio Management, Trading, and Client Service. At BOS, I covered all risk areas and dealt with the firm’s trading, operational, and compliance issues on a daily basis. I reported directly to the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer, BOS Board, and the Holding Company’s Enterprise Risk Group. Prior to joining BOS, I was an Operations Analyst at a registered investment adviser in San Francisco for six years and was a Portfolio Management Associate for a New York-based adviser for three years. I graduated magna cum laude from Baruch College, New York, NY with a Business Management degree. I am an Investment Advisor Certified Compliance Professional® (IACCP®).
