Eileen Moir OBE

Eileen is founding Director of TurningTides, a bespoke consulting and coaching practice helping people and organisations navigate change. A systemic orientated coach, facilitator and trainer, Eileen has a wealth of experience leading and facilitating change and improvement in complex organisational settings. She has specialist expertise in change and improvement methods and in group processes. Her career includes eleven years as an Executive Director within the NHS, encompassing five years as Director of Implementation and Improvement in Scotland’s healthcare quality improvement body. Eileen is a Health Foundation Fellow and an Ashridge accredited Executive Coach. She trained extensively in Systemic Coaching and Facilitation and is a member of the teaching faculty for Coaching Constellations. In addition Eileen is a Tavistock Institute trained supervisor in coaching and consultancy. Her approach also benefits from the insights she gained during 18 years as a Registered Mental Nurse (RMN). In January 2013 Eileen was awarded an OBE in recognition of her contribution to healthcare.
