As a partner in Fenwick’s corporate group and as a leader in our Israel Practice, I advise tech clients in the US and abroad on venture capital financings, business combination transactions, public offerings and private placements, spin-outs, recapitalizations and joint ventures and strategic alliances. With deep, on-the-ground experience in the Silicon Valley and Israeli tech ecosystems, I am passionate about working with clients on cross-border corporate and transactional matters, particularly ones involving Israel. I handle formation, founder-related matters, seed investments and venture capital financings for early-stage companies, and continue to represent these companies throughout their lifecycle, including in later-stage financings, strategic transactions (M&A, joint ventures, etc.) and corporate governance matters as they mature into large global entities. My clients range from seed-stage emerging growth companies to mature global companies in diverse technology sectors, including security, mobile, cloud, software, media, social, gaming and life sciences. I also advise international clients on their investments and operations in Israel, as well as Israel-based clients on their cross-border growth, financing and transactional matters.
