More than 10 years of experience in accounting, auditing and financial management: • Collective experience in both external (Big4) and internal audit; • Solid Finance and Accounting Background: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, ACCA qualified since 2009, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA); • Specialties: Risk management & Internal control, corporate governance, audit, financial and management reporting, IFRS (consolidation, transformation, reporting), investment analysis, investment project management, financial analysis, cash management and liquidity control, KPI’s development; • People and project management experience: managed and supervised audit engagements with the teams of up to 20 members; • Development of internal audit methodology and documents regulating work of internal audit function; • Preparation of different types of deliverables to the executive management and the Board (Audit Committee). Presentation of the internal audit function results to the Audit committee on a regular basis.
