Experienced in Marketing, Events & Business Development. Elaine had a demonstrated history working at a senior level identifying new projects and enhancing existing projects. Her marketing spans the full mix of channels from hands-on design and print production, through to in-house website creation, social media planning, email marketing, workflow automation, and large scale events delivery. Elaine is qualified with the Digital Institute of Marketing. Exhibition management experience includes 8 years leading the longest running travel trade exhibitions in the group travel calendar - 'Excursions'. Elaine has also been responsible for developing a regional MICE marketing campaign 'MEET Beyond London' from its conception. A regional brand created to build awareness of conference, and event venues across South East England amongst Corporate PA's, EA's, Event Managers, Associations. Elaine also has a successful background in Budget Management, Campaign Development, and Account Management. With 14 years in the leisure, travel & tourism industry, Elaine has an in-depth understanding of the domestic tourism structure in the UK, having worked in 5 different roles at Tourism South East it has culminated in becoming a member of the Senior Management Team helping direct the business. This is a multifaceted role that requires her to work across all departments in a corporate capacity to improve internal processes and corporate profile, as well as lead the marketing team which creates campaigns across domestic, travel trade & international markets.
