SANMINA SCI DO BRASIL 04/2012 - 03/2021 Position: Product Engineer and Documentation Control Engineer HEWLETT–PACKARD 10/1999 – 11/2010 Positions: Intermediate Product Engineer Product Data Management New Product Development Engineering - Managing and executing the setup process of products in corporate systems to ensure production orders and sales, providing support to Supply Chain, reducing failures in the entry of these orders by nearly 99% of the cases and minimizing clearance time for manufacturing and delivery of products to customers. - Defining a set of Part Numbers (previously established, even before the customer’s request) for Software and Labeling items, reducing the clearance time for Bill of Materials involving production items, from 15 to 6 business days. - Assigned as New Product Introduction Planner in Latin America for products specifically designed for global customers, ensuring production orders and sales. - Developing Part Numbers and organizing the Bill of Materials (BOMs) for products in Latin America, activity previously developed in The United States, resulting in a quicker and more flexible process. - Preparing the technical documentation for clearance of the newly created Part Numbers. - Developing the documentation for engineering modifications (permanent and temporary). MAGNETI MARELLI DO BRASIL 01/1997 – 12/1997 Position: Quality Engineering Intern - Preparing task plans to inspect the receipt of raw material (electronic and mechanical components) and to audit the finished product (windshield wiper). - Developing methods to control the rejection of the productive process (describing flaws, destination of non-conforming parts and the corresponding cost). - Following up the local sourcing process of Italian components. - Participating as a member of activities developed at suppliers, including Approvals, Reports of Initial Samples and Assessment of the Productive Process. Specialties: - 21 years of experience in the sectors of Process Engineering, New Product Development, Quality/Studies involving Production Systems, acquired at local and multinational companies in the segments of IT equipment and services, authorized technical assistance and automotive components. - Managing and setting up corporate systems (Product Data Management), preceding manufacturing orders and product sales. - Experience in managing people, held responsible for training in Brazil and abroad.
