Eleanor Wilkinson

I am a Senior Associate Solicitor specialising in employment law practising at Square One Law LLP. I advise on all areas of employment law and act for a wide variety of clients. I deal with both contentious and non-contentious employment issues with particular interest and specialism in TUPE. I advise on complex discrimination matters, restructuring exercises, capability dismissals, severance arrangements and I also provide corporate support. As a global mobility adviser, I assist clients to establish the best route to market across the globe and help manage employment issues that arise overseas. I provide bespoke training for clients on all areas of employment law and I have also contributed to a practitioners’ textbook dealing with redundancy law and practice. I regularly appear as an advocate before employment tribunals across the country and I have successfully appeared before the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
