I have many years of expertise in trade and shopper marketing, launch execution (new segments/ brands/ product positions); management of assortment efficiency, trade investments (budget + 1 billion RUB.). In addition, I have experience in building short- and long-term business strategies and models using NRM principles to maximize the growth of volumes and profits.
