I've always been a centric people person. I've started my career in Hospitality industry, where my main goal has always been to create the most valuable experience to each Customer's journey.Throughout my career for the last 7 years, I've realized that I wanted to continue pursuing my experience in helping others, developing my skills and therefore guiding my own career development.As I moved forward, new challenges arose. I had the opportunity to sharpen different skills in this role, from decision-making to leadership skills.Taking ownership in my own career, I helped conduct initial screening interviews with new potential candidates. I loved the people connection part in the task. It matched well with my strengths, which are around communications and people interaction. And I saw the opportunity to learn new things. So I applied for an internship with the Talent Acquisition team at Agoda for six months. Ultimately, I began my new chapter at Agoda as Associate Talent Acquisition Partner.
