Developer of a variety of workshops that meet clients and organization's needs .Facilitates workshops for women in the issues of violence against women, job search support and Personality Dimensions. Presented and developed workshops on the impact of war on women's health and wellbeing, social justice and the contribution of women's movements on change in the countries of the global south. Elham believes that raising awareness and addressing individuals' needs from a holistic approach is vital to create healthy communities. As well as utilizes broad knowledge and experience she gained from her teaching experience and from her study in the Assaulted Women's and Children's counselling and advocacy program.
