Specifically, experience in Respiratory diseases - Asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Biological treatments, CNS, Antibiotics, Infectious Diseases and Hospital Sales. I have been involved in the developing and implementation of local strategies and business operational plans to drive business growth. Additionally, responsible for the development of local marketing campaigns and localizing of global marketing material based on local strategy. In addition to being responsible for leading, coaching and training of commercial team through role plays, team alignment, customer activities to achieve business strategy objectives and sales targets.
