Elijah Chapa

I am a senior at Colorado Mesa University, looking to launch my career in the fitness industry or possibly in the business industry as well. I have always been interested in body mechanics and how the body works in certain situations, as well as my interest in business, and how companies operate in success. I would love to gain knowledge on how to properly run a business as a future goal of mine. I have five years of experience in the customer service industry, whether it is from construction or being a cashier, my personal goal is to please the customer to the best of my abilities and do everything in my power to ensure the customer leaves happy with a smile on their faces. What makes good customer service? you attend to their needs when your help is needed, greeting the customer, make them feel welcomed to the store, ensure that we are here to help with any questions they may have about the product they are interested in. Communication is always great, but I see Engagement as a great quality in any industry. You want to be engaged with the patient, customer, or boss. When you are engaged, you feel what they are saying and know not only how to meet but, exceed their needs and expectations in any industry I may go into.
