I am passionate to help others and love working in a caring role, both in business as a personal assistant, receptionist or customer services, and being a helping hand for someone going about their daily life. I am loyal, committed, caring and hard working with integrity and a person with a can do attitude that employers can rely on. I love working with people from all backgrounds and am capable of following instructions, but also confident working alone. I thrive when I am able to help others succeed in life. SKILLS & ACHIEVEMENTS I am particularly good at dealing with awkward customers. Through being empathetic and listening I try to understand where they come from and then resolve it by showing them an alternative. I get on with wide variety of people of different ages, cultures and social backgrounds. Through my care experience I have worked with children of all ages but also old people in a care home. Through patiently listening and engaging I build caring and trusting relationships that lasts beyond the period of work. I have a high level of discretion and am not judgemental, which is why friends and colleagues feel comfortable to confide in me.
