I have been working in the airline industry in Italy for over 5 years, covering various positions: from Check in agent to Ramp agent at Rome Fiumicino Airport. I am therefore managed to achieve the flexibility and multitasking abilities necessary in this line of work. I am resourceful, a team-player, with problem-solving skills, and an outgoing personality. I am customer-oriented, accustomed to working under pressure and dealing with work and clients' needs. During these years, in Rome Fiumicino Airport, I have improved my competence in problems solving particularly related to customer service. Especially in high workload periods it is extremely important to satisfy customers’ exigencies in order to create a top quality relationship between the passenger and the company. I think that, company staff is extremely important, for this reason, and I’d be really glad to contribute to the success of the company.
