During my professional career I had the opportunity to work both in generalist and specialist roles in Human Resources within Telco Industry . I have matured a deep and complete knowledge of all HR processes, with special reference to recruiting , talent management and development (i.e. employer branding,hiring, potential assessment succession planning, performance management). While for 9 years, in the role of Business partner, I acquired great experience in Employee Management matters. Lately I 'm involved in "Wind digital transformation project" in terms of set up of a new Business Unit Digital . My focus on : organizational model, digital roles and jobs ,staffing, sourcing and hiring “digital people” ( hired all in house) Good communicator, teamworker and emphatic person.
