I am an analytical, decisive, and knowledgeable personal lines underwriter. I collaborate with both Independent and Exclusive agents to maintain and grow their personal lines policies profitably. I work in a team environment in an underwriting pool and I am one of the most productive members in my Department, answering on average 35-50 calls a day, completing a variety of work items, emails, and policy reviews. My goal is to create an awesome experience and strengthen an agent's trust and relationship with the company. I am the subject matter expert for Oregon and Washington Personal Lines policies and underwriting issues and resources. I am an asset in my department and am seen as a go to person for questions from other members in my team and I am a mentor for less experienced underwriters in the Des Moines office. I am an engaged associate and strive to live the Nationwide values every day.
