A little about me - I've had a great career covering many areas of HR over the past 15+ years. My career started as a technical recruiter at a start-up before moving into resource management. I then transitioned to a change management consultant and project manager upon earning my MBA. After several years, I pivoted to HR Systems before returning to my first love - technical recruiting and sourcing. Recruited all career levels including several years executive. As a strategic thinker and leader in talent acquisition, I am passionate about leveraging data-driven insights and innovative technologies to attract top talent and build a diverse and inclusive workforce that drives business growth. I’m an experienced senior leader with a strong track record of delivering results and building diverse candidate pipelines to meet ever-changing business needs across tech, cyber, G&A, HC, audit, and tax. I’ve led and coached teams of ~40 with experience building and developing a globally dispersed sourcing team (US and India). I love to travel, read, and hike; I am a foodie and mom to three amazing boys, two crazy dogs, and the wife of a great guy. If any of these areas you love, I would love to network and connect!
