Social skills and competences Good communicative and negotiating skills improved also thanks to the representation of students in the most important decision-making organisms of the Faculty of Economics (Forlì Campus) during the 5 years of university. Good team-worker but also able to work autonomously. Sensitive to people needs and keen on helping people with special needs (disadvantage people, young children, etc.). Organisational skills and competences Good organizer of activities and times required to achieve the expected result, a flexible and adaptable person oriented to face the new. Ability to differentiate communicative and stylistic modes in relation to the interlocutor, documentation skills both on paper and on computer supports. Technical Skills Good knowledge of local development projects with a focus on those addressed to immigrants and youngsters, capacity to design a Dissemination Plan to create awareness about a specific project and raise interest/sensibility. Good knowledge of EU Institutions activities and main policies (Commission, Parliament, Economical and Social Committee and Committee of the Regions). Good knowledge of technical terms utilized in EU projects. Fairly familiar with fund raising and people raising techniques and procedures. Computer skills and competences Good computer knowledge applied to Windows Operating System 98/2000/XP/Vista/7, datasheets and word processing (Microsoft Excel and Word), Microsoft Power Point, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Photoshop, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and chat programs like Skype and Messenger. Knowledge of Xmind, Gantt Project, Microsoft Project and Open Proj usually used for designing projects.
