I started my professional path as an Executive Assistant in big companies at national and international level and during the years, I gained a wide experience in this position and consolidated some fundamental skills while collaborating on some operational projects (Customer Satisfaction, sales & marketing projects, facility management and trade shows events):• Multi-tasking ability and flexibility working on sales & marketing operational projects and customer assistance in dynamic and ever-evolving environments.• Exceptionally strong organizational qualities, under high workloads and solid problem-solving skills.• Discretion and professionality in handling confidential information and good interpersonal and communication skills while working in teams.As I always had a passion for languages and I have always been interested in expanding my experience abroad, I decided to move to Chicago accepting a work proposal from Meisystem Inc. Here I worked as Customer Service Planner (planning of the calendar of the activities related to all the customers -more than 150- and involving 15 field technicians) and as an HR generalist (recruiting 7 people) consolidating both my project management abilities and my interpersonal skills.After 2 years of great human and professional experience, I came back to Italy and I started working for CESI-KEMA Labs as a Personal Assistant to the VP Director of Testing and Certification Division A new challenge to reinforce and grow in my role.
