Elise Brown

I'm now 13 years into my working career and my work ethic has become extremely positive and effective with dedication. From retail, administration, hospitality to government services; I have found my skills and capabilities are outstanding while performing professional customer services and engaging with the community. Working within different communities located from North Brisbane to Sydney and Armidale has allowed me to acknowledge and recognise the differences and similarities that our customers/communities need and want for the area they live in. Running and creating new business ideas while practicing my most enjoyed skills in customer service is part of my vision that I am accomplishing. I desire to work with the NSW Government as our capabilities are susceptible to improving and supporting the quality of living within NSW. NSW Government provide services for all people of the community and it is often we will witness heaps of our customers living in hardship because of circumstances. I've also experienced living in hardship and now I hope to one day help end the struggle. Being diagnosed with Bi-Polar in 2020 was an eye opener for me into the world of Mental Health. Having Bi-Polar, I've been able to have a clear understanding and empathetically relate to other people with mental health. I have learnt that safety is a number one priority next to customer satisfaction. By always complying with legislation and regulations, I have become a memorable employee who is always keen to make a difference.
